When submitting your inquiry, please include:

  • The item you’d like engraved or customized

  • Any design ideas, themes, or inspiration

  • Preferred materials, finishes, or styles

  • Your timeline or deadline (if applicable)

  • Reference images or files (optional but encouraged)

Once your submission is received, we’ll review the details and respond during normal business hours with next steps, design guidance, and pricing information.

For firearm-related projects or purchases, we’ll also provide clear instructions regarding required compliance and transfer steps to ensure everything is handled properly.

Order And Shipping Instructions

Begin your project online. Complete your intake in the Saving Grace Client Portal, then send us your project. No printed intake form is required.

1. Complete Online Intake

Submit your contact information and project request through the Client Portal before shipping. Include the make, model, serial number if applicable, the part or area of work, and a description of what you need. You do not need to print or mail the intake form.

2. Unloaded Firearms Only

Double-check that your firearm is completely unloaded, including the chamber and any magazines. DO NOT include ammunition anywhere in the package.

3. Pack Securely

Use a sturdy shipping box and enough protective padding to prevent movement and damage. Keep photos of your items and packaging for your records.

4. Shipping And Insurance

We encourage carrier-approved overnight shipping with tracking. Select insurance in an amount you are comfortable with, and confirm that the coverage applies to your firearm or parts.

5. Address Your Package

Use “Saving Grace” on the label and leave off “Firearms” to keep the contents discreet. Provide any firearm declarations required by your carrier.

6. Add Your Tracking

Once shipped, open your project in the portal. Under Shipping & Tracking → To Saving Grace, enter the carrier, tracking number and shipping date. Your information is shared with our studio automatically. We will add return tracking after shipping your completed project.

Track shipment opens the carrier’s latest scans. Carrier delivery status is not automatically imported into the portal.

What Happens Next

We review your intake and complete the consultation and mock-up process for customization, or consultation and inspection for gunsmithing. We then present your quote and estimated turnaround. Work begins after your approval.

Shipping Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Saving Grace Firearms is not responsible for property lost, stolen, or damaged in transit due to a shipping carrier's or shipping facility's negligence or mishandling. Retain your receipt, tracking information, and insurance documentation for any claim.
